He graduated from Kanpur University, India in 1991 with degrees in Business. Being a scholar since beginning he has cracked multiple competitive exams including written paper of Indian Civil Services exam (one of the toughest in world).
Manoj has been instrumental in building multiple businesses before founding Opalescent Solutions with an idea of giving back to society. He is a philanthropist contributing to multiple charities and soon to commence a program to support under privilege students to achieve their dream and a sanitation drive for Women hygiene drive in rural areas.

Neeraj is technologist by heart and the drive behind Opalescent IT Solutions Inc technology solutions. He is Vice President and Head IT front ending the organization growth.
With over 20 years of experience in technology solutions across ASEAN and Europe, Neeraj is well recognised in technology circle.
With his passion for technology you would find him hands on and trickling with systems and software designs.
He graduated from IGNOU, India in 2001 with a masters in Computer Application.
Neeraj is dedicated father and spends his free time teaching him to code.
